Brief itinerary.
Day1; Entebbe to Murchison falls National Park via Ziwa rhino’ sanctuary. Day2; Full day exploration of Murchison falls National Park.
Day3; Transfer from Murchison falls to Kibale forest National Park.
Day4; Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi nature walks.
Day5; Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
Day6; A drive from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Entebbe via Kayabwe equator monument.
Detailed itinerary.
Day1; A relentless drive from Entebbe to Murchison falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino’ sanctuary. Early in the morning, head for a tasty breakfast, you will be picked up by the company safari guide for a 4 to 5 hours’ drive, enjoy the scenic views of the country sides as you branch off for rhino tracking at ziwa rhino’ sanctuary, enjoy the spectacular views and the brief history about the male and female white rhinos, have a 1 hour close interaction with the rhinos, head for a hearty lunch at Kabalenga and later proceed to the park for a hike on to the top of the falls, enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful flora and fauna while spotting several wild games such as giraffes, bushbucks, waterbucks, cape buffalos among others. Arrive at the lodge in the evening, have dinner and an overnight.

Day2; Morning game drive and the afternoon boat cruise.
After a tasty breakfast, proceed for a morning game drive as you opt to spot some of the rare wild games such as lions, cheetahs etc. The park is ranked as the biggest National Park in Uganda covering a total surface area of 3841 square kilometer, its located in the North Western region bordering with D.R.Congo in the West. Thrill through different park trails as you will spot other wild games such as cape buffaloes, hippos, elephants, warthogs and birds such as the secretary bird, horn bills, saddle bill storks, herons, African fish eagles, vultures among others, later depart to Victoria Park Restaurant for lunch, then continue for an afternoon boat cruise till the bottom of falls, this spot is popularly known as bird’ paradise and heaven to several wild animals such as impales, elephants etc. You will return back to the victoria shores and drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day3; Transfer from Murchison to Kibale Forest National Park. Have a tasty early morning breakfast, set off for a 370 to 4oo kilometers drive with enrount stop over for refreshment and stretching, enjoy the scenic views of verdant tropical rain forests such as Budongo Forest and amazing geographical landscapes such as rift valley escarpments, steep slopes and mountain ranges such as Rwenzori, arrive in Fort Portal for lunch, relax and later embark for a 2 to 3 hour’ drive till your lodge, depart from the lodge for a brief community nature walk in Bigodi swamp, later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day4; Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi nature walks.
Enjoy a tasty breakfast, proceed to the park head quator with your packed lunch for briefing from the ranger guide, opt to hike via several steep slopes, thrill through the stunning bush thickets while spotting a variety of primates such as Olive baboons, Vavet monkeys, black and white Columbus monkeys and birds such as great blue turaco, wiver birds, hornbills among others. The forest cover a total surface area of 795 square kilometers, it was gazetted in 1932 as a logged forest reserve by the British and later officially upgraded as a game reserve in 1993. Enjoy a 1 hour close interaction with the apes, later return to the lodge for the check out and refreshment, depart from the lodge to Bigodi for nature walk. You will later proceed till Queen Elizabeth National Park for dinner and an overnight.

Day5; Early morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.
Have a hearty breakfast in the morning, and then proceed for the morning game drive via the Kasenyi trail, the spot is popularly known to host large numbers of wild games, opt to view the rare tree climbing lions hugging on the branches of the fig trees, capture spectacular photographs of several wild life such as giraffes, cape buffalos, water bucks, bush bucks, hippos and variety of birds including vulture, secretary birds, African fish eagles, white herons, saddle bill stork among others. The park is ranked as the second biggest in Uganda totaling up to 1978 square kilometers, you will later return to the lodge for lunch, refresh, then head for an afternoon boat cruise on the kazinga channel as it joins two lakes probably Lake Edward and Lake George, this spot is popularly known as bird’ paradise and home for several wild life. Enjoy the spectacular views of verdant wildlife such as crocodiles, hippos, elephants, zebras, antelops and birds including malachite king fishers, pied king fishers, white herons among others. After this memorable experience, you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day6; Depart from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Entebbe via Kayabwe equator.
On this day, you will wake up for a tasty Ugandan cup of coffee, check out of your rooms and depart for a 6 to 8 hours journey with enrount stopovers. Arrive in Mbarara city for lunch and relaxation, later proceed till Kayabwe equator monument, enjoy the experiments demonstrating how the line divides the earth into Northern and Southern hemisphere, then drive up to Entebbe, you will be dropped at your hotel or lodge as it will mark the end of this remarkable 6 days Uganda Safari.
